29/04/1945: Venne costituita come 4. RAD-Division dallo Stab della 131. Infanterie-Division. Le dovevano essere sottoposti i resti dell'Auffrischungs-Regiments 696, la Fahnenjunkerschule VI di SCHWERIN e il Bataillonsführer-Lehrgang GÜSTROW.

08/05/1945: Non fu mai pronta all'impiego e capitolò alle truppe britanniche nel MECKLEMBURGO.
